The online customer support software and helpdesk solution. With the Userlike integration you can create tickets from conversations or offline messages and send them to your Freshdesk account.

Step 1

Go to the Add-ons section and select the Freshdesk configure option.

Step 2

Here you can enter your Freshdesk URL and your API Token.

Sending conversations to Freshdesk

In the Message Center, you can now manually send conversations to Freshdesk via the action bar above the conversation

or via chat command in the input field.
$freshdesk - Create Freshdesk ticket from current conversation
Under All conversations you can also send multiple conversations to the add-on.
