What can be done with the mobile app?

Since our 20.09.2024 release, you can access your Userlike Message Center on mobile devices like smartphones. Answer your contacts questions on the go with a layout optimized for smaller screens.
Currently, the app only allows for chatting with your contacts in the Message Center. All admin-related options require the desktop view as usual.
Simply open our webpage www.userlike.com with your mobile browser. You will find the Login section in the menu on the top-right.

Adding the mobile app to your phone desktop

On your first visit, you'll be prompted to add the mobile app to your desktop. You can also access this option later through the settings of your mobile browser.
