Push macros setup
Click on “+Add” to set up a new push macro to open the setup page.
- First enter the Name of your new push macro
- Specify the URL to which you want to send your customers towards
- Choose the macro group for this push macro
Push macros work only internally on your domain, customers can not be sent to external websites.
Using push macros as an operator
During a conversation you can trigger the push macros through keyboard shortcuts. Open the selection by clicking the icon or simply type “!”.
When selecting a push macro, your contact will automatically be “pushed” to the set domain in the background. Please make sure that on all pages you push your contacts to, a Userlike chat widget is integrated so that the chat can continue.
