Adding Data Fields
Click on the blue Add button to create a new field.
You have the option to choose from four different input types:
- Text Only text can be entered.
- Number Only numbers can be entered.
- Single selection A list of options will be displayed. Only one selection can be made.
- Multiple selection A list of options will be displayed. Multiple options can be selected.
Depending on the selection, additional configuration fields will be displayed.
You can also add translations to the data field if you like.
Finally, save the settings.
Using data fields
Data fields can be used manually by adding information to your contacts’ profiles.
