Use audiences in your campaign channel to make your messages available to a suitable customer base.
Create Audience
Open the campaign section of the dashboard and then switch to the Subscribers menu item.
You will find a list of all subscribers to your campaign channel.
Use the offered standard filters or your own custom filters to create a new audience. Then save the filter with the blue "Save" button.
Give the audience a meaningful name:
The audience can then be found both in the "Audiences" section and can now also be selected as a target group when creating a new campaign.
Edit Audiences
If you want to edit an existing audience, first select it:
You can then edit the audience by adding or removing additional filters and save it with the button on the right.
Rename or Delete Audiences
If you want to rename or completely delete an audience, open the dropdown menu after selecting the audience and choose the appropriate option:
